Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy:

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accommodated due to order processing and shipment preparation.

Returns:

Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, and digital downloads, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the specific product description or contact our customer support for more information.

Unboxing video: Unboxing of Products is must from the beginning to claim for any damages or wrong product.

✔ Proper 360° An unboxing video should be made, and the video must start before opening the courier package.

✔ There should not be any pause in the video

✔ The issue must be recorded in the video.

✘ Without proper video, no claims will be addressed.

Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping address. The cost of return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return Shipping: When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds:
